Hamaki is a macOS app that lets you share your availability with clients — without back-and-forth emails. You create appointment slots ("spots"), share a booking link, and clients pick a time that works for them.



Create a calendar — Set up a calendar in Hamaki to hold your spots. Give it a name and a description so visitors know what they're booking.
Add spots — Add the time slots you want to offer. You can draw them directly in the Calendar view or add them in the List view.
Share your booking link — Each calendar gets a public booking page. Share the link with clients so they can pick a slot.



A standalone calendar lives entirely within Hamaki. You define the spots, and Hamaki tracks who has booked them. No connection to Calendar.app is needed.

A linked calendar connects to an event in Calendar.app. Hamaki reads your existing event to define the spot. This keeps Hamaki in sync with your calendar automatically.


Each calendar has a public booking page at your unique link (e.g. hamaki.pro/your-name). Visitors can:

See available spots
Book a spot by entering their name and email
Receive a confirmation
You are notified when someone books or cancels, either by push notification or email.


Hamaki lives in the macOS menu bar. Click the icon to:

See a quick overview of upcoming appointments
Check how many spots are still available today
Open the main window


You can choose how you are notified of new bookings and cancellations:

Push notification — Delivered to your Mac
Email — Sent to the email address in your account settings
Configure this in Account → Communication settings.

Welcome to Hamaki! These terms govern your use of Hamaki, an appointment scheduling app designed for professionals needing to book their services. By accessing or using Hamaki, you agree to be bound by these terms. . Besides the Hamaki terms of use, the End User License Agreement (EULA) of Apple also applies, as does any additional terms of the platform from which you downloaded our app.

By using Hamaki, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our app.

While Hamaki is designed to facilitate the scheduling of appointments for professionals, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and legal environment. Therefore:

Content Moderation: Hamaki reserves the right to review the content within calendars. If a calendar is deemed to contain inappropriate or illegal content, or to be used for purposes that violate these terms or any applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend or remove the calendar and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user's access to our services.

Hamaki offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, billed monthly and annually, respectively. Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions via the App Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store.
