Terms of Use for Hamaki

Welcome to Hamaki! These terms govern your use of Hamaki, an appointment scheduling app designed for professionals needing to book their services. By accessing or using Hamaki, you agree to be bound by these terms. . Besides the Hamaki terms of use, the End User License Agreement (EULA) of Apple also applies, as does any additional terms of the platform from which you downloaded our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hamaki, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our app.

2. Appropriate Use and Content Moderation

While Hamaki is designed to facilitate the scheduling of appointments for professionals, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and legal environment. Therefore:

  • Content Moderation: Hamaki reserves the right to review the content within calendars. If a calendar is deemed to contain inappropriate or illegal content, or to be used for purposes that violate these terms or any applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend or remove the calendar and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user's access to our services.
  • User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for ensuring that the content of their calendars and the nature of their scheduled appointments adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not use Hamaki for any unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activities.

3. Subscription Details

Hamaki offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, billed monthly and annually, respectively. Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions via the App Store. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store.

4. No Account Required

Users are not required to create an account to use Hamaki. This simplifies access to our services but also means that any data you input is considered public and not protected by a user account.

5. Data Ownership

Any data provided to Hamaki by its users is owned by the users themselves. Hamaki claims no ownership over the data inputted into the app for the purposes of scheduling appointments.

6. No Warranties

Hamaki is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee this or the outcomes of any appointments scheduled through our app.

7. Liability Limitation

Hamaki is not liable for any events or outcomes that occur as a result of meetings scheduled through our app. All users are expected to use the app to schedule legal and professional services only.

8. Dispute Resolution

Should any disputes arise from the use of Hamaki, we encourage users to contact our support team as the first step toward resolution. If necessary, Hamaki may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, in line with the App Store's policies.
